- Check tightness of fasteners.
2、Every 10 hours, or Daily
- If rough skin on the tool and tool pins have been found, it must be removed.
- Check the N2 gas pressure in back head.
- Retighten the bracket bolts.
3、Every 50 hours, or weekly
- Check the clearance between tool and front cover.
- Check hydraulic hoses.
- Retighten the through bolts.
4、Every 1000 hours, or 3 months

5、Every 3000 hours, or Annually
- All hydraulic pipe and hose connections.

6、The first maintenance for TRB1650 and above models is 300 hours. Normal maintenance every 500 hours. The accumulator diaphragm and cylinder seals must be replaced. The original parts must be used. Replaced seals must be photographed and filed. The seals, will age and fail over time, so the replacement cycle is not use time. Retighten the bracket bolts and thought bolts when the new breaker is used for 16 hours。 Retighten the all bolts after 40 hours, including: adapters, valve, adjuster, accumulator, bracket bolts, through bolts and so on. The vibration of the impacting is severe, and the threaded connection is to be stretched and loosened
in continuous vibrating. Develop the habit of checking all bolts regularly at ordinary times. The surface of core parts should be inspected every time at disassembled, maintained and repaired. Local scratches are normal phenomena, so polishing can be carried out without affecting normal use.
7、 When tool is dry, apply grease into the front head (oil gun shoots 50cc, about 5-10 times). The tool must be pressed in. Applying grease is not to excess.
Every time you pay attention to maintenance, the service life of the breaker will be improved.
